It’s time to really meet J, aka Jack. Jack wants to be a scientist, he loves tacos but doesn’t like mac and cheese. Strange, I know. I’m 31 29 and mac and cheese is STILL my favorite! Once we got past our culinary differences we had a grand ol’ time! And if you haven’t locked up your daughters yet, don’t say I didn’t warn you!!!

Just a sneak peek for you of J! This boy is completely adorable (as you can see). I recommend locking up your daughters for the next 30ish years. No one is safe from those eyes!

More to come…

Here’s more of their love story. We had SUCH a great session that it took me a longer than normal to go through all of their photographs. In the end I just had a really difficult time narrowing them down so they got more than expected! I just can’t throw out great photos for the sake of making a smaller gallery. Sure, it would be easier but I believe that my clients should have the very best to choose from even if that means a ton more editing for me! Enjoy!

More to come next week from this unbelievably fun session!

When Jonathon told me that he wanted to use his guitar in his senior portraits I was excited. I wanted to do something different with it so I started thinking, “Why not go on a rooftop?” So that’s exactly what we did. I also told Jonathon to bring his amp. I was thinking it was a smaller one that would be fairly easy to carry up and down a ladder. Ummm…suuure. That baby weighed about 100 lbs. Well, luckily for Jonathon, not only am I a photographer but I’m also a world champion weight lifter.

Okay. Maybe not. But here are some of our shots anyway.

Here’s some more from our senior shoot a couple of weeks ago. We had so much fun and as you could probably tell from the previous post, it rained while we were shooting the drum scene in the field. It was definitely a muddy mess but a blast and totally worth it! Enjoy!
